Turning off the main road into the driveway of Neranie House you are instantly met with peace and tranquility. The home will come into view when following the long driveway. There is a carport and trampoline available for guests to use.Once through the front door of Neranie House there is a lovely wide entranceway and water closet. On this level of our home is the full kitchen, laundry, dining room with seating for 10, a lounge room with comfy MCM House sofas, a play room and the main bedroom & ensuite. The main bedroom is comfortable and light and has a king sized bed and 2 single beds. On the upper level of the home is a bathroom and 2 light filled generously sized bedrooms and another open space with 2 single beds - perfect for the kids. All 3 sleeping areas are complete with beautiful day beds under bay windows to sit and enjoy views over the farm. Bedroom 2 is the largest room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed and a full cot. Outside, there are views from every angle of the large verandah. A dining table for 8, BBQ, kids table & umbrella and multiple seating options - including a double "Byron Bay hanging chair".Linen and bath towels are supplied, please bring your beach towels. We will provide tea towels, hand towels, pillows and blankets.
